Keystone Dental Centre has been a staple in Brandon for over 30 years, serving patients of all ages from the city and surrounding area. With other clinics opening and expanding, there’s growing competition in Brandon’s dental industry. To keep ahead of the competition and increase the number of patients it serves, Keystone Dental Centre asked us to improve its marketing, including creating an online presence. 

Website And Social Media Development

Before we met with the Keystone Dental Centre team in 2018, the only way patients could reach them was by phone during business hours. Using their existing brand logo and identity, Dooley PR & Marketing worked with them to build a website and social media page (Facebook and LinkedIn) that fits their style and professional needs. 

Social Media

We write frequent social posts for their Facebook and LinkedIn page to inform their clients about their business and give tips for better oral health. The team at Keystone Dental Centre is fun and playful, so we always include a dental humour post every month.

Digital Marketing

We create and monitor their digital marketing ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram. We’re also engaged with their COVID-19 announcements, such as their safety protocols and updates that go out on their website and social media.

The Outcome

- Google Ads: Compared to late 2020, we increased click-through rate by 2856.74%, conversions by 428.57% and reduced the cost by 35.59%. Starting from November 2020, the dental clinic also received 175 calls from new patients and 199 submitted contact forms from Google Ads. 

- Facebook: Since late 2020, we have increased the number of followers by 200 people.

- Social Ads: From October 2020 to October 2021, we reached 67,921 people, gained 324,214 impressions and delivered 8,409 clicks on Facebook and Instagram.
