We're Hiring A Digital Marketing Specialist!

Are you a marketing professional looking for an exciting and personally fulfilling job? Dooley PR & Marketing will be welcoming an important member to our team: digital marketing specialist. We have a growing practice managing the complete digital footprint of small and mid-sized businesses. We love developing successful marketing and communications strategies and combining them with a drive to incorporate the latest technologies. We’re seeking a smart, self-motivated person to join our team. The position requires a certain maturity, self-confidence, and strong analytical and creative skills. You’ll be an integral part of the team, collaborating with them on exciting marketing initiatives.

What you’ll do: 

  • Manage budgets and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc. 
  • Play a leading role in developing display ads, sales funnels and landing pages
  • Manage Google Tag Manager and build retargeting campaigns as well as creating and overseeing other digital marketing conversion events
  • Track and report on all relevant KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, AgencyAnalytics and more
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing success against goals (ROI and KPIs) 
  • Use A/B tests and data collection to identify opportunities and optimize performance continuously
  • Contribute to creative strategies for clients and agency
  • Communicate effectively with teammates, clients, vendors
  • Monitor new technology solutions, making recommendations for adoption

People we’re looking for:

  • Degree or diploma in marketing/communications or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Knowledge and interest in SEO, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Data-driven with a knack of identifying target audiences and creating digital campaigns that engage and persuade
  • Google Adwords certification and experience required
  • Experience with email marketing an asset
  • Some graphic design experience an asset
  • Desire to keep up with the trends in online marketing and measurement is a must
